Aim and scope |
|
|
The workshop intends to introduce PhD students and young postdocs to some of
the recent developments related to mirror symmetry.
But everyone is welcome who wants to learn more about this
exciting and highly dynamic field of current research or who can
contribute to the success of this week in some way.
The morning program consists of a series of lectures systematically introducing the audience to some of the mathematical aspects of mirror symmetry. The main emphasis will be put on the algebraic and formal part of the story. In the afternoon, discussions with the experts about the morning lectures and further talks about recent results related to mirror symmetry will be possible. |
