Courses in Winter Semester 2020/21
Due to the current situation in connection with the spread of the COVID-19/corona virus, we are unfortunately not yet able to say definitively how the courses will take place in WS 2020/21.
We are planning a "hybrid operation", that is, in addition to online teaching (as offered in summer semester 2020) we want to offer courses in attendance, as far as this is possible from the room capacities and justifiable from the point of view of health protection.
In particular, we want to offer the tutorials and small group exercises for the bachelor students of the first two semesters (also) in the form of face-to-face lectures as far as our possibilities allow it (to promote mutual acquaintance and the formation of learning groups at the beginning of the studies at TUK).
On the current page we present the course offerings of the Department of Mathematics for the winter semester 2020/21 with continuously updated information (in particular: links to the courses in the online teaching platform OLAT - as soon as they are available).
The lecture period begins on 26.10.2020 and ends on 13.02.2021.
The courses take place completely digital until the end of WS 2020/21
Contrary to the original planning of the hybrid semester, the university management has decided that all courses will continue to be held in digital form only. The current developments in connection with the Corona/Covid 19 pandemic unfortunately did not allow for any other decision.
For participation in face-to-face events on the TUK campus, it is mandatory to create in advance a QR code with your own contact details on the website https://kontaktverfolgung.uni-kl.de.
This QR code must be brought along to the event. It will be scanned by the organisers so that the contact tracking required in times of the corona pandemic is possible (if needed).
